That is a joke, right?

Calendars are a man made thing, your body has its own clock and does not give a rats @ss about the day of the week or year...

Well, if your cycle is like clockwork on 28 days, you will get your period on the same date in February as in March, ie February 7 and March 7 if it is not a leap year or February 7 and March 8

but beyond that......ummmmm...no.

Same amount of days but I've asked some Co workers &we notice this week our cycles were more painful and some bled more

If you have an EXACT 28-day cycle, your period will start one day sooner due to the "extra" day in February.

Leap year is just one day longer than the usual year.

I would say no. It never effected me.

yeah, your period will come a day earlier in March.
