There really isn't anything. Just keep the food real bland because the smell is what will usually get you before the food will. I had terrible "morning" sickness with both of my children. 1st kid I lost 15LBS the first 3 months because I couldn't keep anything down. Nothing helped me. I just wouldn't eat that much.

I've had the same problem and you're farther along than I am!!!! See, for the morning sickness part of it, I try to eat a few crackers in bed before I wake up, because the rumbling in my stomach tends to make nausea worse. Only drawback is the crumbs in the bed. Also try to stand up from bed slowly to prevent a sudden decreace in blood pressure which will make u dizzy and eventually nautious. I don't have the all the time nausea, so I dont know what to tell ya there sweetie! Congrats on your pregnancy!

Check out this website:
http://www.babycenter.com/refcap/pregnancy/morningsickness/254.html
I've also read somewhere else on babycenter's website, that the following can help:
vitamin B6
Ginger
Lemons or lemonaid
salty potato chips (never would have thought of that one)
small frequent meals, etc.
With my first pregnancy, my midwife told me that my constant nausea was caused from the yolk sac that is delivering red blood cells to the baby until the placenta kicks in full force. Once the placenta takes over its job completely, in some women the nausea goes away completely. Unfortunately, you may experience this throughout your entire pregnancy. Hang in there - only 27 more weeks to go!

I was very very sick with this bub for the first 4-5 months. I couldn't keep anything down. In the end, I found having small sips of water when i felt i was going to be sick helped me. If you can eat (i couldn't), eat very small amounts at a time, as it may also be that you are producing too much stomach acid (that was part of what it was with me) and if i let my stomach empty, i was producing too much acid, and threw it up! but water in your stomach give you something in there anyways.
Good luck!

OMG! this is eating me up, I can't think of the meds. I tried everything and my stomach was always upset. I went and talked to my OB/GYN and she give me this pills that worked like magic.
I would take one at night and I would eat every 3hrs. I don't know about you but soda, juice and milk made my stomach really upset so, just watch what you eat and keep an eye out for what type of food that makes your tummy upset. Congrats and good luck!

I know you don't feel like eating, but keeping something on my stomach at all times helped me with my nausea. You can also try ginger tea or ginger candy. Good luck, this should go away in a few weeks.

Unfortunately, there are a few of us who seem to stay sick no matter what we try. I was sick through all 38 weeks of my pregnancy, and even now, 2 weeks after giving birth, i still seem to be a little morning sick!
There are a few things I tried that helped a little; I hope they help you more than they did me!
Peppermints. or mint flavored gum. The mint helps relax and regulate gastrointestinal activity, easing the churning sensation to some extent. This really helped me when i had to talk alot (im a teacher, so most of my days were spent talking)
Pretzels and non-caffeinated sodas. I spent every second of every car trip munching on pretzels and sipping Orange soda. Not only is caffeine not great for your baby, but it can stimulate nerves, making every sensation exagerated and adding to your nausea. The carbonation, however, can help pull trapped gas out of your stomach acids as it rises. you may burp alot, but its better than the alternative.
relaxation -- When you wake up, dont hop out of bed right away. wake up a little, sit up a little, snack on some crackers beside your bed and (some people recommend) drink some water before getting up. then, move slowly. don't get up barely in time to go somewhere, scramble to get ready, then bound down the stairs and out of the house. you'll only end up bounding right back in to empty your already empty stomach and feel awful all day. by the way, the water thing-- people advised me constantly to drink water, and plenty of it, to keep nausea at bay. The only thing water seemed to do was come back up, often with lunch right along with it.
breathing-- when you feel a bout of nausea coming on, take deep breaths in, hold it for a few seconds, then let it out slowly. this can help keep your internal activity controlled, keeping the nausea at bay.
Vitamins -- if you are taking a prenatal vitamin, try eating a semi-full meal first. the vitamins alone can make you feel pretty nauseous, even though it is recommended to take them with only a glass of water. Ive consulted several physicians on this, and they all agreed that any nutrient loss in taking the pill with food is minimal if not nonexistant, and the vitamins are possibly even digested better if taken on a full stomach.
Ice Cream! this may be the only fun part of being nauseous. Sucking on ice chips or eating ice cream can do wonders in keeping your stomach settled. I prefered sherbet, because it tastes so fresh and fruity to me... either way, cold and creamy is the way to go! just dont overdo it -- even though pregnancy is one time that its okay to gain weight, you want the majority of that weight to be from healthy foods, not from sugary fatty ones. Ice cream is fairly healthy as far as desserts go, but that doesnt mean you can indulge in a bowl after every meal. and as far as nausea control goes, i found that a little bit of the cold stuff went a long way.
I hope that at least one of these tips help you. I know how frustrated and miserable you can get when you feel so sick during the happiest moments of your life. and i dont mean to scare you by saying i was sick all through my pregnancy -- its not very common, and im sure you'll feel fine, or at least better, before you know it. Good luck, and congratulations!!

The best things that worked for me were ginger ale and mints. Both ginger and mint are supposed to help nausea. The good news is that nausea usually diminishes around 13 weeks for most women. Good luck.
