Can these two test combined help determine the issues? Or are more test needed to determine ones mental illness such as bipolar schizophrenia. (spelling ). I've been under treatment for over a year and no one has any answers yet.

These two tests can give a great deal of information; their value is actually determined by the skill of the clinician interpreting them.
Certain lab tests can be useful for some conditions. But all in all, mental illness is very complex.
