every day it is. I hate answering peoples questions, sometimes I feel like telling everyone, "I'll contact you if I want to talk to you". Sometimes ;)

Yeah it usually is, I have to dedicate five hours of my workday just to e-mail, it's a huge pain in the butt!! Sometimes I get e-mails I usually like but mostly the work stuff annoys me, especially when I get repeated e-mails on the same subject from the same person.
