Psychology is relevant to everyone and should be required. In fact, more classes in psychology should be required, but they're not for various reasons.

Neuroscience *could* be relevant (for instance, if you wanted to know why you have ADHD) but you could be fine without it as well. But neuroscience *is* very interesting.

It's not necessary. I've never heard of a college that requires this for all their kids.

Neuroscience has no real benefits for people not interested in science.

Psychology can be helpful, because it helps to understand the people you'll come in contact with. It's not totally useful because basic psychology doesn't cover that much.

It isn't necessary, it just depends whether you are into it or not. Certainly psychology classes can help you to understand people better and neuroscience helps you understand the brain, but I don't think they should be necessary.
