you cant go wrong with a poka-dot handbag. when i was 13 i got an adorable dooney and bourke pink background and green poka-dot bag and i LOVED it. also gift certificate to a colorful store is great. that way she can choose what she wants. hoped i helped!

Get your friend some books to read , or a necklace that has a dolphin on it, or a top that she can wear that has polka dots on it. Or go to the mall shopping with your friend and let her pick something out that she likes and buy it for her.

My daughter is going to be13 and I know girls like alot of things but shopping is tops. I would get a gift debit card at her favorite store and let her shop for herself. That way whatever she buys will remind her that you gave her means to purchase it.

well if she is a designer clothing type of person gift cards to abercrombie & fitch or hollister is the way to go.
