well mate, if you call a classic, AMAZING band like anthrax stupid, then you dont know what metal is.
i saw arch enemy live last year, they were such a pile of crap, and that woman cant growl to save her life, i could growl her off that stage and back home again.
listen to some PROPER black and death metal (if thats your thing),

the list goes on, but im too hungover to think.
I do like some black and death, but most of it is simply noise played by morons who dont know how to use their instruments. Also, inject a bit of true metal into your taste as well.... you might realise what metal is actually good.

I'm sure you already know of Slayer. Other than that lamb of god, mastadon, sepultura, megadeth, and pantera. Even older stuff like s.o.d. or d.r.i.
