for what purpose?

1) On a laptop package
2) On a laptop documentation
3) On a laptop's bottom side (usually there are stickers with device name, model, configuration e.t.c.)
4) Use Start>Settings>Control panel>System (I have the message there: Manufactured and supported by eMAchines MX.......

I have no clue what your really asking but I can try.

Right click, My Computer > Properties.

Look for the Name tab. If this is what your looking for,
Call your laptop whatever you want!

System icon in control panel look under hardware and all the catagories but do not change any thing until you are sure going into system info be really careful
