I made my very first site ever through www.angelfire.com when I was 12. They still have it up and running and it has been 9 years. Wow... I've been doing computers for too long... I feel old now.

Most broadband companies offer personal web page areas for each email account. Cox allows you 5 email accounts and 10 meg of storage for a personal web page for each account.

Yahoo offers a beginner website for $14.95 a month. This provides 25 email addresses and a total or 200 meg of storage. They also provide domain name service for $35.00 per year.

Godaddy does domain registration for $8.95 is IMHO the cheapest and most reliable on the net.

Then get hosting from somewhere (like GoDaddy) and upload your files there.

Message me for more help if you need to.
