1) Reduce production of the greenhouse gasses (carbon dioxide and methane).
2) Reduce the carbon dioxide already in the atmosphere by planting plants with relatively high CO2 absorption rates.
3) "Locking away" CO2 in undersea "vaults" There have already been successful experiments in pumping liquid carbon dioxide into oil wells as the oil is drained.
I hope this helps?!

There have been six major extinctions on the planet. Scientists believe that it was global warming each time. They believe it has to do with the sun - solar flares, sun spots, etc. as well as volcanoes and other natural earth activities.
Unless we can change the orbit of the earth or surface of the sun, we're just going to have to deal.
Fortunately, science is actually showing that we go through a time of warming, a time of cooling, a time of warming and so on. Nothing terribly extreme.
Our planet is cleaner, less polluted, water is safer and the planet is safer now than it ever has been.
Look at the real science and you'll see.

Nothing. The earth is warming all by itself. The earth goes through warm cycles and cold cycles. That is why we have had countless ice ages. If we stopped burning anything and if we stopped putting out any carbon dioxide, we still would have an earth the is getting warmer. Don't get brainwashed, global warming is NOT the problem they say it is.
Yes, the Earth is getting warmer, but NO, it is not caused by humans. And the sea level may rise 20 feet, but that won't be for thousands of year, just the way it has always happened.

Stop destroying the rain forest and farm large quantities fast growing trees. Put these trees into a pyrolysis system. Recover the solar energy by burning the volatile vapors and store the fixed carbon char. Or inject the hot carbon char with process steam to create methanol. Blend the methanol with gasoline significantly lowering its carbon content. Burning methanol will also stop air pollution.

How can you prevent something mankind has no control over? The earth has been warming and cooling for billions of years regardless of our input. How can you prevent the ocean waves? How can you prevent volcanoes from erupting? How can you prevent the wind from blowing? I tell you - we can't and we never will be able to. These are forces beyond our comprehension and control. The hubris of man is astounding..

People have been talking about global warming for ages. It's all hype. There is no reason for concern. There are more things to worry about than global warming - very serious things.

fewer cars on the road
cleaner energy like hydro, solar or wind power
fewer cows! - they produce a lot of methane - another contributor to carbon dioxide/global warming!
