No, nowadays they are printed on high-quality paper, usually made from trees or with a small amount of cotton to give it thickness.
Sheep skin hasn't been used to make paper in at least a couple hundred years. But traditionally, in the Middle Ages or so, sheep skin was the paper of choice for university degrees, so that's why the term "getting your sheepskin" persists.
