Also, the clutch is starting to go out. I guess I have to get that replaced to. Right?

Timing belt (usually the water pump at the same time) about $300. The clutch, about $500. You don't have to get them done at the same time unless they give you a good deal.

Depends where you take it. Go to a dealership-it will probably cost you 3 times as much.
You need to find a good mechanic who can do these kind of things for you on the side, as going to a garage is like getting raped in the checkbook.
