i still havent got the raise they promised after 60days, i do headhousekeeping now too and this job is very physical whith so much responsibility that i have a hard time getting myself to go sometimes. i have asked,no responce yet. what can i do to get them to pay me what i am worth? i work very hard.and i think they should recognize that and keep their word and give me a nice raise.

Get another Job first...and then tell them to kiss your a*s. By the way they consider your tips...as the raise they promise you...I bet you you are making a lot of tips there...that's why you stll there. Please do not forget to claim your Tips in the IRS in the end of the year. W-2 form remember?
