I think you are going to have to wait for the next release of Paralles, but i might be wrong just go to their website and check out their list of presently compatible operating systems.

If by flawlessly you mean by sending all your personal information to third party companies and crashing your computer every 3 minutes like Vista was intended to do, then yes, it will.

I don't think Vista will work flawlessly even on a PC.

Vista doesn't work properly on a Windows machine, so it's not going to work on a Mac any better.

Not at this point. I think most of the problems come from the graphics system, mainly DirectX. For the most part it will be ok though.
