Don't quit until you have a new job! It's always easier to find a job when you don't need one.

That depends on your financial situation. The best thing to do is to keep your present job until you find a new one. If you can, then give notice at your current job (never burn bridges) and take a week to go out job hunting everyday until you find a new job. There will always be the ones who try to start something in the workplace. Try not to take it so hard. Good luck finding a new job with good coworkers.

Dear cirque; How large is the work force where you are?The reason I ask is that if there are many people ,you could make an anonymous complaint to management about the way your co workers treat you, they could possibly investigate it and serve disciplinary action, if its just a handful of people who work there then its not so easy to fix.My suggestion to you would be to remain working there til you've found another job, first because I doubt you could afford the loss of income if you just quit, and second if these people you work with know you quit because of them, well they've won haven't they?Be strong cirque, and I wish you luck with the job hunt!

I would not quit unless I had another job to replace my current one. Is there a supervisor or manager you can speak to. Have you considered going to your Human Resources dept to file a complaint against your co-workers for creating what appears to be a hostile environment? Is it possibe to transfer to another dept in the same company?

I wish you all the best in whatever you decide.

if you are having problems with "all" coworkers...it might not be them...if you can afford it and think your work place is to hostile....leave now...otherwise prepare a good resume...good luck
