depends on the land and the reports weather they can be subdivided or not. it does not nesserely go by lot or blocks but how and where they are situated

This sounds like a question from the exam I took for my Real Estate license. If my math is correct is would be 81 lots.

10 acres = 435,600 square feet. Subtract 26,000 square feet from that to get 409,600 square feet. Divide that by 5000 square feet per lot, and you get 81 lots, with some left over.
