Define "football movie"

Technically one could say Forrest Gump and M*A*S*H

I'd say the longest yard, North Dallas 40, Rudy, Friday Night Lights, and the old black and white about Nute Rokne (sp?) where Ronald Reagan played George Gipp are up there.

These are my personal faves:

1. Necessary Roughness - hilarious movie with Kathy Ireland as the kicker

2. Any Given Sunday - for Al Pacino's pre-game speech alone it's worth watching

3. Remember the Titans - great football movie to watch even if the results of the games were changed for dramatic effect

Remember the Titans, gotta see it, amazing

Friday Night Lights, also amazing

If u want a little lighter on the drama, more comedy, try The Longest Yard (2005 edition) or The Waterboy
