there's none that are that good, plus it depend on the settings of your pc (Not processor power or fsb speed!)
your service provider should be able to let you check the speed of your connection to their server with a tool that you download!
if it's cause your on a specific site, or few, then the sites bandwidth will drop the more users that are on at any given time!!
ie: if you download a file from any site and one day it's fine and fast, then the next it's slow, it's cause the next there are far more users downloading, so any claims by 3rd party companies that they can increase speed is a rip-off!!!

They all suck
You will see alot of the out there that claim to speed up your internet but all they do is compress images and make them look shitty. Your best bet is to upgrade to DSL or any High Speed Internet and be done with it for good.
