Nonsense! Emotions are FEELINGS. What you do about them is an entirely different matter.
There are people who, because of love, have gone on killing sprees. Unless you consider the concept of a killing spree to be a creative one, you'll have a hard time tucking that into your supposed truism.
Likewise, some of the most famous creative works are motivated by fear. And I'm not just talking about art here. If there were no barbarians to fear, would the Great Wall of China ever been constructed?
People react to things with the resources they have on hand. Some people lash out destructively at things because that's what they do, and some people create new things because that's what they do. Placing credit or blame in the emotions is, I think, entirely missing the point.

Love is said to be indescribable because its an emotional feeling that can come from an endless array of ways and reasons. One love might be different from another, because people themselves love in different ways. For example there is "tough" love, Romantic love, Love of Country, Paternal love.... Love is Unconditional because there is no rules on how to love, there is no right or wrong way. Creativity is not following a set of standards so if people can love in so many different ways love is creativity

People do not go on killing sprees because of love. Maybe they think they do but they have a misunderstanding of what love is. Also fear like all other emotions is only a tool to lead you to love, it is how we interpret these emotions that leads to other things like murder and rape and so on. The Great Wall was built to protect the people and culture of China. So the fear of losing lives and they're culture caused them to react and they chose to build a wall to protect them selves. It was that fear that led them to an act of love, protection.
When someone gets angry when they read the paper about some political policy or event they are not angry because they hate the policy and the people who made it. They are angry because they care for what is affected by that policy. So they are angry because they are perceiving that something they love is being affected in a negative way. Of course some people are full of hate feel the need to spread as much as possible. How ever even that hate is trying to teach them to love. Eventually they will come to realize that, even it takes a thousand lifetimes.

Love motivates creativity, it can move people to change themselves or the world around them. Love of a cause or project can drive people to creative solutions.
Love can also be destructive, you can mentally ruin yourself loving something too much or with out restraint... especially when what you love is taken away. Love driving people to insanity seems to be the basis for half of society's entertainment (movies, books etc.).
