You can't streach them. There are products for "lip plumping" though. "Burt's bees" makes a lip gloss with mint in it that will plump up your lips. Another trick is to line your lips around the outer edge just outside of your natural lips then apply lipstick. This will make them look fuller.

THE UBANGI INDIANS USED SEA SHELLS TO GET BIG LIPS BUT I DON'T THINK THAT'S WHAT YOU HAVE IN MIND. I DON'T HAVE ANGELINA'S LIPS EITHER BUT I LEARNED A LONG TIME AGO ABOUT LIP LINER. PUT A DOT OF FOUNDATION ON YOUR LIPS, LINE THEM OUTSIDE YOUR LIPS MAKING SURE TO X AT THE TOP LIP FOR DEFINITION. THEN FILL IN WITH LIPSTICK BRUSH YOUR CHOSEN COLOR, THEN TOPCOAT WITH A FROSTED SHADE, YOU'LL LOOK LIKE A CENTERFOLD ( I USE BROWN SHADES OF LINER BUT I HEAR THERE IS A NEW INVISIBLE LINER THAT WORKS THE SAME, KEEPS LIPSTICK FROM BLEEDING AND MAKES LIPS LOOK BIGGER.)

I don't know about stretching them, but I've been told that Freeze 24/7 LipPlumper is pretty good. A little on the pricey side, but they work.

in case you place a incredibly darker lip liner on the backside (pout) area of the lip as properly because of the fact the proper (top) area of the lip then fill it in with a lighter shade accompanied by skill of gloss your lips could be the envy of all.
