Ignore them unless they are affecting your life in a big way, then confront them about what they're doing (verbally).

The Doctor would say ignore them.

If they are big and not nice, then you tell them to see the Dr Q - who as a scientist is quite happy to carry out various tests on them.....

If all else fails just punch them in the eye and then they will find someone else to bully !!
