when going to a job interview (as i am about to do at urban outfitters), what are some of the best things to say to win over a potential employer????

1. Dress in their clothes line
2. Smile, Make Direct Eye Contact, and Be Personable
3. Come prepared to ask questions. At the end of an interview they will always ask, do you have any questions for us, it is a big no no to say nothing. (Don't ask about pay etc.. , ask about the business)
4. Come prepared with knowledge on the business. Read as much about it as possible. When they ask you questions try to incorporate this in.. For example: Well I noticed in your mission statement that...
5. Never answer the question "What is you biggest weakness, area of growth,etc.." with a real weakness. Make it something that is actually a strenght but could be thought of as a weakeness. I use i'm a busy body, a friend of mine uses shes a perfectionist.
6. And last, send a thank you card (for the interview) as soon as you get home!

talk about the position like you know it as second nature. tell them you will work for free one week just to prove you are a vauble asset to thier company
