If this marriage is under Special Marriage Act 1954 (commonly known as civil marriage), parties' religion is immaterial. If under the Muslim religion or under Hindu culture/customs/tradition, one party has to convert to the others'. Type of marriage is not clear.
Hinduism is not a religion; it is a culture, tradition and custom and none can convert into Hinduism. A Hindu is born to Hindus in Hindustan (India) and not converted from any religion. Hinduism is a way of life of Hindus in Hindustan (India).
Islam is a complete Code of Life, in clearly written unambiguous words. It teaches and guides its followers at every step at all times & places; such as how and how not to::: earn, spend, live, pray, help, act, behave, treat, etc. It forbids all unwed pre/extra marital sexual relations, prescribing punishment of death by publicly pelting stones and continuous lying in the hell. Its believers voluntarily follow its commands.
On conversion into Islam one will not be a free bird, but follows its ethics, manners and etiquittes strictly regarding the rights of parents, elders, neighbours, spouse, children, etc. and refrain from telling even a single lie, dishonest earning, wasteful spending, unwed sexual acts, intoxication, cruelty upon human beings and animals, troubling others, etc. One should be fully prepared to practise all these before embracing Islam voluntarily.
Islam gives due regard to women and taught that the best person is one whose wife is happy with him and that the heaven lies under the feet of mother i.e., if one desires heaven, he should keep his mother happy. In Islam, the bride or her people are not required to pay any dowry (cash, articles, properties etc.) to bridegroom; whereas the bridegroom is bound to pay to bride and to maintain her peacefully & properly to his capability, even if she is the richest and he is the poorest.

If you marry a muslim boy, you will soon be a widow when the inevitable call comes to him to conduct a suicide bombing.
