Ok I want to be more flexible and i want to do that thing people call a crab well u bend ur top half of your body backwards and put your hands on the floor so your kinda flipped over any tips on how i should do it .

I do it by standing with my back to the wall and walking backwards down the wall with my hands ...

Start by laying on your back, put your knees up and your arms backwards so your palms are face down above your shoulders. Then push up with your legs and arms til your head and body are off the floor in arch. Once you get the hang of it you'll be flipping all over!

You need to make sure you warm up first in yoga its a back bend lay on floor and push up on your hands and feet to form an arch Warm Up First

It depends.
If you want to do a crab from standing, it takes practice. Took my agggess!!
But from on the floor its quite simple.

you put your feet down flat and your hands down flat with your stomach facing upwards.
