Can anyone recommend a good cleanser for......down there??
I am VERY VERY sensitve and it seems that everything irritates me....ive been to the doc. and there is no infection, and I dont have any irregular discharge, I try NOT to get my body wash or soap down there when i am showering, and then just use the water and my fingers to clean it, but I quess the soaps are making there way down there, because it just feels irritated...............
Is there a good cleanser for sensative women, or is it better to just use water????

don't douche or anything because that's not good for the vagina. the vagina has it's own cleansing bacteria to get infection or anything out. try baby soap, and if that still irritates it then don't use soap at all. just use warm/hot water and clean it with your hands or a washcloth. you can also try those feminine cleansing cloths. it's kinda like a baby wipe for women. those may irritate you though. good luck and i hope everything goes ok for you!

The skin on my body is very sensitive so I too must be conscious of the soap I use. Might I suggest you try using a different detergent to wash your clothes or at least you underwear? I once used Gain (because It's always on sale!) and ended up with a rash that I though was herpes! Funny now because once I changed detergents it went away almost immediately but I was ready to kill my boyfriend! For daily cleansing, I use Summer's Eve feminine wash. It comes in two formulas (regular-scented and sensitive-unscented) and both are extremely gentle. Try not to douche as this affects the pH balance of your body and will definitely cause some irritation. Stay away from sprays too as they are not gentle. If you use powder, make sure it is talc free and apply it to the skin surrounding that area-not directly to it. Summer's Eve makes a powder but I use Johnson's Baby Powder in Forever Fresh. Also, choose a body wash that is hypo-allergenic or made for babies as they are the most gentle on you skin all over and if it goes to the area down there, you don't have to worry too much! As for detergent, I guess you could use Dreft but I find that Tide Coldwater works well because it rinses really well from your clothes no matter what temperature you use it in! Hope this is helpful! Good luck!

I use Femfresh and find that is really mild and works well - i managed to give myself a serious infection using too harsh body washes down there and my doctor told me to use Femfresh or the brand 'simple' body wash - i dont know if your american or english, if you are american then you may have heard of neither of these!

I use plain white Dove soap. It is best (from my experience) because it isn't harsh and doesn't have perfumes which can irritate you. If your body wash or laundry detergent is scented, that can cause irritation.

Uncircumcised adult men favor to sparkling below their foreskins a minimum of two times an afternoon to remove the waste product observed as smegma which develops and collects there. maximum adult men savour that they favor to save themselves sparkling down there, yet many are in too a lot of a rush to have sex to continually make positive you wash their genitals thoroughly at modern-day earlier. there is also a difficulty for the uncircumcised in that some 10% or extra of them have a foreskin that can not be completely, freely and painlessly retracted. they're subsequently unable to bathe correct. the problem isn't helped by the actual shown truth that adult men are very reluctant to even communicate about their wellbeing issues, even a lot less see a wide-spread practitioner to get them resolved. a recommendations too many adult men go by life wondering that it really is completely favourite for his or her foreskin to stay over their glans and for it to harm to attempt to tug it decrease back. Uncircumcised adult men are as a lot as 60% extra likely to seize each and each of quite a few STIs jointly with chlamydia, thrush, HPV and HIV/AIDS and would pass all or any of those on to their sexual companions.

I would say stick to the water if you feel that you are so sensitive. Cleasers and things of the sort have chemicals which could potentially irritate you. If you feel that water isnt enough, then speak to you doctor to see what he or she suggests.

Just go for the water. Maybe you can wear some type of plastic skirt while you do your upper body. Then use water for down there.

I read today that irritation down there is also a symptom of diabetes. Don't know if that helps, but maybe if you got your blood sugar in line your business would stop bothering you.
