If they have given you a form with checklists and/or a leaflet regarding what skills are expected, you surely can derive some clues from there.
Surely skills would include soft skills to start with, whether you are computer savvy, if you have knowledge of any software packages etc. , you could mention that, good understanding of the retail industry, also not to forget, good interpersonal and communication skills, whether you are friendly, patient, forthcoming and helpful, whether you are good at building contacts, networking, whether you are good at presenting and bringing your point across, ability to be of service as well as good at making the buyer feel comfortable and thereby can facilitate generation of sales, also you must mention if your educational qualification has attributed you a skill that is relevant to the retail industry!

Well, I hope I could be of some help to you.
Pick out what suits you best and what applies to you. After all they are 'your' skills and you would know best. This will probably give you an idea of what they might be expecting.
All the best to you! And don't forget to smile :) Always smile in the services industry!!
