I agree with details given by first answerer about freaking out and virtual pune.
If you are really interested in travelling, trekking or adventure sports, there are many groups you can join.
Yuvashakti, zep, enduro, sinhgad warkari are few of them. There are many more. Try searching on net or you can see many advts / news in local newspapers.
Important:- Get yourself a vehicle (preferably a Bike) it is essential, if you want to enjoy / move around in pune.

U will C a No of marathi girls with blue/ green eyes & golden hair in Pune.Steer clear of them unless U prefer your bones broken , they R out of bounds for any outsiders.
Concentrate on Shukrawar peth profs.
