Bat sizes go 1,2,3,4,5,6,Harrow, Short Handle, Long Handle.
If you are 14 and 5"5' you should consider a SH. A Harrow is probably the right size for you now, but will only be useful for perhaps half a season. Try getting a light Short Handle, around 2lb 8oz or 2lb 9oz. An average men's bat, SH or LH is about 3lb 3oz or 3lb 4oz. To find out if a bat is the right weight for you, you should lift it up with your weak hand above your head, parallel to the ground. You should be able to hold the bat there for 5-10 seconds if it is the right weight for you.
Hope this helps!
