Maybe some just some fresh air would help. Try just putting your jeans outside for a while and for the house I would try opening as many windows in your house as you can. Bundle up and turn down, or off, the heat...you don't wanna heat the neighborhood now :P I wouldn't recommend using sprays or candle or anything of the sort because if just the acetone smell is making you naseous I can only imagine that a combination of acetone and flowers or cinnammon or w/e will make you worse. I am thinking though, that you could try putting some baking soda in small dishes or w/e throughout the house and maybe that will help suck in the odors.

sprinkle a little baking soda on the jeans and leave them outside to air out. the baking soda should help absord the smell. then wash them again.

as for your house, like a lot of people have already said, just open as many windows you can to let it air out. if you can still smell it try some Febreeze.

You can always wash them in ammonia only on the rinse and spin and then throw them in the dryer with a dryer sheet.

yes, ammonia stinks to high heaven, but it should kill the smell and by the time you dry the smell of the ammonia and the acetone should be gone.

Try using baking soda on your jeans, sprinkle a little bit on your jeans and leave them outside for an hour or two to absorb the odors. Then throw them in the washing machine again on the cold cycle. Also, use a scented fabric softener, which usually eliminates smells and makes clothing smell fresh. Try febreze air effects or Oust for your house, both have chemicals that absorb odors.
