It's about time. I was beginning to think the Administration had forgotten the meaning of the word. What I'm going to find interesting is how those who have defended his refusal to use diplomacy are going to defend his decision to now pursue it. According to what I've been hearing from the cons, no one is supposed to change their minds or policies - or else they risk being called a flip-flopper (they reference those in Congress denouncing their vote for the war). How will they spin this, or is it okay for a President to change his mind but not the Congress? I say kudos (for the first time in a long time) to Bush for seeing the light.

wow, good for Bush. I don't like 95% of what he does.. but I won't chastise him for making the right decision.
