Tear of the cervix is not uncommon during child birth and during any dilatation of the cervix & curettage. It is a normal abnormality of no intermediate or long term consequences.

I just cannot imagine the type of 'her care' you are describing that could have significantly 'tore' your cervix. It just does not exist.

Your question lacks precision and details ....I would suggest to consult a gynaecologist for more details and possible course of action , if needs be.

I would get a pro bono lawyer (they only get paid if you do) and sue them! That seems like it would make a good case. You can also get the necessary surgery you need to repair it if you need to.
