What a silly generalization! Pretty well anybody can dance, but few get the training to excel. You'll note that the ballroom world is becoming chock-full of Russian emigrees. That's because there are a number of them who have made the commitment to train and work at it. That can be true of any group at any time, depending on popularity among any demographic you'd like to pick.

some ppl cant dance but it doesnt have anything to do with where they are from. like for example, I`m Egyptian and Egyptians are supposed to be very good bellydancers, and they are, but I can't do any belly dancing although Ive tried to learn but not working with me. i guess it really depends on the flexibility of ur body
