My guy has always worn whity tighty underwear, like all his life. He's 18 now...and he claims it makes his duck point down and curve in making it difficult to have sex. Is it true his underwear is the cause of this, or is it some other reason? Any suggestions on how not to hurt him since he is curved?

if he's worn them his whole life then the tightness could have held it close and made it grow curved. have him start to wear boxers so gravity can try to straighten it out. i don't know if it will really work though, but it wouldn't hurt to try. as for sex, just try different positions until you find one that works for the curve. go buy the kama sutra and experiment together. make sure you use lube so it slides in and out easier.

He is curved because of genetics not his underwear. Tight underwear is not good for men though. Maybe he need to go for boxer briefs or something. It is so much better for everything to vent out and breath. Also there is a study that was proven to be true that if men wear tighty whitys then their sperm count lessen and it may cause some fertility difficulties.

I guess its possible for it to be the underwear, but the normal cause of curvature is the way in which the guy masturbates. You should immediately get him to start wearing boxers, it is better for a guys sperm count as well as just better looking. Try to get him to "fix" it. There are exercises called Jelquing, look it up online, which are intended to make the penis bigger, but if done in the opposite direction as the curve, should help reverse the curvature. Try the "reverse cowgirl" position. Its like the normal girl on top position, except the girls back is to the guy which should put his downward facing "duck" to fly right where you want it to. Underwear wouldn't do that at all even if it was tight in that area. That's not what causes that. And modern, standard male briefs or boxer briefs and such usually leave room so it won't feel uncomfortable or tight there, so I don't buy it. Is he wearing girls white panties, restrictive thongs, or speedos all day... even if he was, it wouldn't make a difference. It would just be perhaps a little uncomfortable.

I am not sure if the direction his DUCK points means anything.
But I know wearing snug jockey type underwear is warmer on the sperm and can cause fertility problems.
I would suggest he wear boxers so his DUCK can straighten out.

The DUCK is not made of bone, nor can you alter the shape or form without some sort of physical damage.
It is a soft spongy material, it goes according to the blood flow and skin, tendon restrictions.

Some men are curved, but if it is to the point where it is causing problems, it sounds like either a circulation problem, or a tendon issue.
