Yes I think so ...
OK he is a very very good actor.....and lives himself into his role as Jack in 24....
But where did he get training on Torture or how not to Torture...?
There must be other guys in the CIA , FBI or even the "old" KGB that knows 100times more about torture than Jack knows about breakfast cereals.
Not taking anything away from Keifer Sutherland....he plays his role brilliantly.

I suspect not because I saw something in one of the newspapers criticising 24 for the fact that in every series torture is used to produce results.
I have my suspicions that Kiefer is being encouraged to help the programme withstand a potential backlash by 'doing the responsible thing' and 'advising' people that torture is wrong.
Pity they didn't recruit him a couple of years back before Abu Graib!
