Is peppermint the same as spearmint?

I read an article that involved drinking spearamint tea- but I can't find it in the grocery store. Is peppermint the same?

They are two different types of mint. However, perrermint tea is excellent for an upset stomach.

No; they're not the same.
They are both in the mint family, but different mints.
