Question about True Green ChemLawn/Service Master?

Has anyone out there worked for either of these companies?
What was your experience/any comments - either positive or negative.
My husband has had two job interviews with True Green for their commerical accounts/applications - Would appreciate any serious replies. Thanks!

I've used both Service Master and True Green. I've been very pleased with both.
