I.21 JIGGAWATTS was how much power marty mcfly and doc emmit brown needed to power up the flux capacitor for the time machine so that marty could get back to 1985, unfortunately the needed a stick of plutonium to generate that much power but in 1955 they could not get it so they used a bolt of lightning.
