I think the key question should be....
What would the "Average" person, upon learning it, do with this information?
Call President Bush?
Ask "How's it going?"
See if you could get a ride in Air Force One?
Let me give you some advise......
Do Not Mess around with the secret service. (IE: Prank Call GWB)
These guys are not in possession of >ANY KIND< of a sense of humor!

If I did, I'd call him and pretend to be his personal physician and say, "Mr. President, I'm sorry to tell you this, but... I looked over your test results again and it seems I read them wrong the first time. You are in fact a total moron and are in no condition to be running a country. Do you realize you started a war and killed thousands and thousands of american soldiers and innocent Iraqi women and children? Are you aware that the man you had killed, Sadam Hussaine, didn't send terrorists to this country, but Osama Bin Laden did? Did you know that just because another country is having problems and is being led by a tyrant, doesn't mean you have to offer the lives of our soldiers to suit your purposes so you can be the superpower of the world?
