Be careful the agreement you have with the company you outsource stipulates non-compete. Otherwise all you are doing is marketing the other company for a cut (if you are lucky) on the first sale.

Even if it does stipulate non-compete you still run a high risk of the third party taking your business. Why? Because the client eventually finds out where the work is actually being done and solicits the third party directly. Non competes make for pretty contracts but if you don't have the money to enforce them they are like every other contract.

If you still want to market the third party services sourced from a single provider be sure they need never interact with the client. Better is to provide a value add. Find something the third party company (and most other companies) are lacking in their services and fill that gap.

Since you are talking about marketing a third party service, this example may be pertinent to you. Most creative houses don't really take the time to learn the guts of their clients messages. They outsource allot of the copy and it tends to miss the mark. In the end the creative agency provides a product that looks pretty but is very deficient in positioning their client effectively. If you offer the product or corporate positioning and manage the creative agency then you offer a value add that is very important to the final product.

If you do this well, then even if a company goes direct to the marketing agency they may later come back to you having learned their lesson the hard way.

This strategy also gives you significant room to justify the difference in cost between the services you market and the services direct from the third party.

Best Regards

Sure - kind of sub-contracting. Just be careful they dont poach your work, probably need to set up some service level agreements with them (define what they do and for how much amd who is liaible if it goes wrong), Also me sure its clear when you get paid and by whom.
