I already am a member of writing.com, but I am looking for someplace else that is easy to use and is free. It would be great if you didn't have to be an adult to post or join. Some place with friendly members and helpful review would be nice.

Try a blog, like in Blogger. It's free and you can customize it any way you want to make it a place of your own. Also, you can find people with similar interests that can exchange with you a valuable feedback.

If you like fantasy try elfwood.com. Otherwise, think of the type of writing you enjoy and try to find a website dedicated to that. If you want to find out if you like the atmosphere check out some people's portfolios and the comments.

I haven't used it myself, but I've heard inkify.com is pretty good.
