90 - Paranoid Android (Radiohead) - Anxiety towards the future globalized earth
I can't say for the current decade. I think that it takes the perspetive of the future to identify the genius of the present. Float On by Modest Mouse is pretty poigniant, and I would actually suggest some terrible Toby Keith or Darrel Worley (however you spell it) because it sadly DOES represent this decade...
