In terms of Super-Hero comics I would say Daredevil especially the way Bendis and Burbaker have been writing him. The Punisher for my money is the least realistic in terms of being in a world of other super-heroes (if he was on his own planet then maybe that would be different) He has no powers. Recently he was seen killing the Rhino the Rhino took on the Hulk Frank would have no chance. The whole concept of a hero that kills randomly is sick.

Outside of the Super-Hero genre: Jonah Hex is realistic in terms of westerns, though not as much as the mini-series The Kents was a few years back.

The DD movie was not all that bad. The script could have used some work but I thought the casting was dead on, even allowing for an African American Wilson Fisk

Daredevil is not the most realistic. If you're looking at the Superhero genre, you want to look at something like J Michael Straczynksi's Rising Stars or Astro City by Kurt Busiek, for a more realistic depiction of how people might react to said Superheroes. Why was the movie bad? Bad directing, bad acting, bad script. That's kind of the death knell trifecta there.

In Marvel the Punisher is the most realistic. He has no super powers and he hunts those who preys on the innocent.

Batman aka Bruce Wayne has no super powers, just the clever use of gadgets that he has access to due to his wealth and corporation, on top of martial art training.
If you look at the story line that is put across in "Batman Begins"
he is basically a vigilante out to clear the streets of his city of evil.

The Punisher has no real superpowers and is therefore more realistic.

Batman actually runs a close second. (Who is DC comics.)

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are not that great of actors, and the story was very bland. Budget, director, advertising...? All viable reasons.
