Go to a thrift store or a second-hand clothes store. They always have "last generation" clothes, and they're cheap. Well, I don't have an idea for a party (maybe Richard Simmons or a jazzorsize) I know how to live cheap!

Go as Punky Brewster, the hulk, one of the characters from He-man or Sheira...
You should be able to throw one of these together with stuff that you already have... or check out a used clothing place for cheap great finds.
