For example the sabres just traded goaltender Martin Biron to the Flyers, i would really doubt that he would want to be traded to the flyers (no offense philly fans, your just having a tough season). What say does he have in the matter?

None. unless his contract stipulates a no-trade clause, he has zero input. Now, he could refuse to play, but then they could void his contract, or void the trade, and he gets stigmatized.

Pretty much what they said. If a players contract has a No Trade Clause then they can refuse any trades. Unless they waive the clause then they stay right where they are.

For example Peter Forsberg had to waive his no trade clause in order to be traded. Biron had no say unless the coach asked him what he wanted

The player only has a say IF he has a "no trade claus". While some GM's may give a player option A or B it is ultimately up to the GM.
