Well...outside of the obvious (Bauer), let's go with David Palmer. Always a voice of reason, but willing to get down and dirty when necessary. One of the few true genuine good people from beginning to end of the show.

Jack - he's tough, smart and has a great voice. He can handle any thing.
And Chloe - she's smart, tougher than anyone would have thought. Plus, this season, that permanent scowl is off her face and has discovered her feminine side. You go girl!

Jack, I just want to love him,poor guy. I miss former President Palmer cause he was a good man,also like to hear his voice.
Also like Chloe because she's smart and is good at what she does.
