what i'm wondering is , my girlfriend is a J.W. .. her hubby was also.. until he was caught with years of porn on his computer , which in turn made her want to give up on the marriage because of his addiction and not willing to stop... so in turn , she and i have been seeing each other.. and yes , things happen between her and i...
and by the way.. i am single
thing is... she believes she will not go to heaven when time comes..

The vast majority of Jehovah's Witnesses expect to live forever in perfect human bodies in a restored paradise earth. They believe the bible to teach that nearly every human who has every died will be resurrected to this restored earth after Armageddon.

(Psalm 37:10,11,29) And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more... But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. ...The righteous themselves will possess the earth, And they will reside forever upon it.

(Acts 24:15) There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.

The bible teaches that not everyone will survive Armageddon; the bible explicitly disqualifies unrepentant fornicators.

(1 Corinthians 6:9-11) Do you not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God’s kingdom. And yet that is what some of you were.

The bible seems to teach that "fornication" is the purposeful manipulation of sexual organs for the purpose of sexual gratification, as practiced by or willingly upon one person and either a non-spouse or an animal.

In addition, Jesus Christ himself taught that a person commits "adultery" when he remarries without having been widowed or obtained a legal and scriptural divorce. A scriptural divorce is only possible when one or both spouses have committed fornication.

(Matthew 5:32) Everyone divorcing his wife, except on account of fornication, makes her a subject for adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

Other Scriptures are noteworthy in that they condemn the "practice of sin" rather than a handful of sinful acts that may be in a Christian's past. Still, Christians are wise when they work with congregation elders to regain their relationship with Jehovah and work to maintain a chaste lifestyle.

(Hebrews 10:26-27) For if we practice sin willfully after having received the accurate knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice for sins left, but there is a certain fearful expectation of judgment

(James 5:14-15) Is there anyone [spiritually] sick among you? Let him call the older men of the congregation to him, and let them pray over him, [metaphorically] greasing him with oil in the name of Jehovah. And the prayer of faith will make the indisposed one well, and Jehovah will raise him up. Also, if he has committed sins, it will be forgiven him.

WOW. Well she is not a Witness is my first thought, or it may be she or you are miscommunicating. According to our beliefs the ONLY acceptable condition for sexual relations is between a man and woman who are married to each other. As a general rule we believe that those who are willing to follow God's principles have a hope of living on the Earth forever as perfect humans. She is right that she is right that the Bible, dare I say almost ALL Bibles teach it is wrong to have sex outside of Marraige.

In situations the place it runs the risk of death or skill injury to toddlers it rather is greater confusing to confirm the risk of no longer having a decision. Institutionalized well being care runs the risk of recommending scientific care we don't choose, and getting rid of our rights. some docs take their Hippocratic oath to a level the place they suspect they could make existence judgements for others. docs do the appropriate they could, yet they are basically as good because of the fact the certainty they have, plus they are human and could properly be incorrect. upload: As to the excuse why JWs refuse blood transfusions, it rather is in part an interpretation of what others call the Kosher rules related to the slaughter of meat animals. because of the fact the time that the OT replaced into written, historical people struggled to comprehend affliction and set up regulations that they was hoping could shop their people healthful. on the time that JW sect grew to become properly-known, blood transfusions have been very volatile and a great sort of persons died quickly or in a roundabout way because of the fact of them. Even as we talk, there are nevertheless blood born illnesses that could slip interior the direction of the screening technique at blood banks. the risk is plenty smaller, even nevertheless it exists. be conscious: maximum persons interior the U. I don't know if what you're saying is true. It's more likely you're lying because you said "she believes she will not go to heaven when time comes." We, the JW don't believe that we will go to heaven. So, if that woman you're talking about would really be my sister she would've used other words.
There are JW who make mistakes. After all we're humans too. But those who don't feel sorry for what they've done and don't stop doing that thing are expelled. This way the congregation stays clean.
