Your builder probably used those stupid push-in connections connecting the receptacles. An electrician would be best, but if you do it yourself, turn off all power and first look at the outlet that is working. Pull on the wires and see if any of them slip out of the receptacle. If so, replace it or move the wires to the screws on each side of the outlet. If you have a friend that is an electrician at a factory that would be nice.

Sometimes a breaker doesnt look like it's off but it really is. Turn all the breakers off and then back on again.
If that doesnt work there must be a short somewhere in the line or something... call a pro.
PS, if the outlets are all hooked into a gfi outlet... (the kind you probably have in your bathroom) make sure you push the reset button on the gfi outlet

check the voltage on the breaker screw where the wire is attached. one meter lead to the screw, the other to the neutral bar. you should read 120 volts..make sure the white wire associated with the black is tight on the neutral bar..if voltage is ok,then pull out your receptacles. some jackleg electrician probably stabbed the wires in the back of the outlet as stated above..2 wires in the back are legal, but its standard practice among professional to wrap the screw., but 4 in the receptacle are a direct violation of the National Electric Code. You cannot use the device for continuity in the circuit..Now you can see why. when one goes, they all go..

Pull the breaker out of the box and make sure the wires are connected......if they are, buy a new breaker, as they sometimes go bad. If that's not it, call an electrician. (or go into each of the boxes that are dead and make sure all the connections are tight) THEN, call the electrician...(:>P)

Breakers don't always flip all the way over. Switch them all off and back on if they aren't labeled. If that doesn't work, call an electrician.

You could have a bad connection of a jumpered recept. If they are daisy chained I would start by checking at the starter point.
