I'm pretty sure they'll return it to you with a little notice saying something along the lines of insufficient postage.

they may return it or the person that you sent it too will get a letter saying that postage is due on the package

they'll send it back to you because i stuck a regular stamp on some mail that was going over seas and they sent it back
