Tough Question as I have way too many faves but some of my favorites off the top of my head in no particular order:

There's soooo many movies out there, its very hard to name just one or two. 'Best' can also cover a lot of things, like best in acting, or in story, or all the other categories you see in award shows.
There are a couple of lists you can check out . Try IMDB.com. or the American Film Institute's list at AFI.com. They both have a general list, meaning all genres in one list, but they also have all-time best movies by category i.e. drama, comedy, etc.
