I have read dozens of newspaper articles and heard about so many things - but what I want to know is, what do you think multiculteralism and mass immigration are doing to britain?
is it a better nation, or have we lost those brilliant traditional values?

By the way, another thing to point out is this - have you read all the newspaper reports about political corretness and that eg. the one about a school serving only halal meat - how stupid is that?

Look at the history of immigration onto these islands for the last three thousand years, and tell me what "British" actually means.

Not at all biased is it, (your question)??
I wonder what you mean by 'brilliant British standards,?
Must be the time of Rule Britannia, when we were rampaging around the world imposing our standards on other countries, I don't recall any democratic votes from those countries on whether they actually wanted these standards.
Or perhaps you meant the standards where we sent little kids up chimneys to clean them out, or kept women completely subjugated, I could go on . The stories of 'brilliant British standards' is a myth, except of course for the upper class, they certainly had their own standards.
Back to your question on multiculturalism, I really do feel sorry for anyone that has swallowed the 'myth' bit about British standards, they are living in a dream world, what right do the British have to say that their standards are the ones to be guided by??? Multiculturalism, is coming at a fairly rapid rate, not just to Britain, but throughout the whole world, and as far as I am concerned 'Bring it on'!

Britain has always been multicultural, we are after all four country`s within one island. Don`t get so hung up on the media reports that we are being invaded by mass immigration, Britain has always had immigrants from outside countries, they have all added to our wonderful traditions. Take Prince Albert, Queen Victoria`s husband he introduced the christmas tree to England, and the artisans from France with their silk making that made Britain great in the early eighteenth century. Go with the flow and embrace what the next generation of immigrants will bring to our fantastic island. We will always have our own traditions because people like you and me will keep them alive.

You British could desire to provide up complaining... All wealthier international locations have great communities of immigrants. they are mandatory for the further progression and occasional-budget growth of the healthful international locations. i'm Swiss, and Switzerland has an some distance extra advantageous than a million/5 of foreigners in this is inhabitants. "Britain belongs solely to the British", as much as "Switzerland belongs solely to the Swiss", or the different u . s . a . in the international. the sole thank you to pass any further, is do an attempt to stay in peace with our fellowmen: countrymen or foreigner. The Muslims can freely word e.g. the Ramadan and the Christians can rejoice Christmas. i do no longer think of that the two social gathering is offensive to any community. The media likes to make a typhoon in a pitcher of water and persons are stupid adequate to pass alongside with it. It propagate a sort of intolerance which will on day deliver forth yet another international conflict... Mark my words.

Brilliant question! I would like to think that it is British, but when we look around us it does make you wonder doesn't it? What is this country coming to? Young couples bringing up children today should seriously consider going to live in Australia or Canada or somewhere similar if they possibly can because i think the children would be brought up to a better way of life.
